More soggy images

Petrol is a risky business.

Not pictured, the bowling club, because it is entirely underwater. Take that old people hobby.

Take that playground! Not pictured, the children.

Take that weird dude staring at puddles.

Since I had no power and was within spitting distance, albeit spitting distance across a big old puddle or eighty, I decided to check out the U of Q and see what I could see.

See see.

It was right bloody soggy all over.

The athletics field.

UQ lake[s]

Some decent urbex to be had in the carparks.

I think the street was improved by a water feature.

Green bridge still connected Dutton Park to St Lucia.

Parking in this precinct is for UQ students and staff only.

The blue sign reads dangerous when wet.

Green waste.

That is a bad place to park. Car was left running with lights on, they stopped after a little while.

Glasshouses on glasshouse road from the top of a carpark.

Floor one was a bit moist, no cars to be seen though.

Bunch of shipping containers floated about during the peak.

More underwater glasshouses.

Carpark was not easy to access, but totally worth it.

Tragic devastation! I can't wait for the next one.

  1. Cheers for the Green Bridge pic. Puts the river height in perspective for me: Fucking high.
