Followed fast and followed faster

The thrill found in speeding is not a celebration of mechanical performance over pragmatism.

It is found in pushing ones self to the limits of what is considered safe, sensible or moral.

By stripping away the sense and logic that overlay our most primitive functions, we may experience unparalleled joys.

The cost is nothing more than our humanity.

And a tree taken before its time.
